Bristol French Circle News

Dear friends

I’m really looking forward to our next session in Room 4 at BAWA on Thursday 25 April where Nathalie Stroeymeyt will be talking on her area of research expertise: La vie des fourmis. She gave this presentation to the Alliance Française a while ago and I’ve heard such glowing reviews that I thought we must have her at the Circle!

Really important: Nathalie will be starting her talk at 8.30pm and I will be giving a petit cours at 7.30pm, so no need to get to BAWA quite as early as usual.

Our next Dîner francophone will be on Thursday 2 May at 7pm at Côte Brasserie ((https://www.cote.co.uk/restaurant/bristol-clifton-village/), 27 The Mall, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 4JG. We will be dining from the prix fixe menu (2 courses £17.95 / 3 courses £21.95) and need to provide a pre-order so do consult the menu and let me have your choices before 18 April, with your mobile number (just in case). Please pay £10 to reserve your place, either in cash at the next meeting or by bank transfer. If you have already done a bank transfer to the Circle, you will have the details in your account. If not, please let me know and I’ll send you the details.

These dinners are always very convivial and I encourage you most strongly to come along!

Do get in touch with me if you have any questions, and do let me know if you don’t think that you are on our mailing list so I can add you.

As always, I would be delighted to chat with you if you have any questions about what we do – please get in touch!
